It's been a long long time since I have been to their old shop. I went to the new shop today with 3 of my Friends. It has a nice big parking space is a big relief with the restaurant being on the highway. The fragrance of Biryani as soon as we entered the building was just amazing!! I really love the simple menu card!!!
We ordered 4 Mutton Biryani's and Chicken 65. The fragrance and the quantity of Biryani was wonderful ! What a package for Rs 290!!! Huge portion of Biryani, a yummy Pineapple pudding, Brinjal gravy, a creamy Raitha and a bottle of water!!
The Pineapple pudding was hot and yummy. The Chicken 65 (Rs 170) was nice and crispy. The portion size was good. It was enough for 4 of us as we already had the huge Biryani portion!!!
Best about Briyani: The first mouth full of piping hot, flavorful, aromatic and yummy Biryani was worth the wait!! The meat was soft, tender and so well cooked. The number of mutton pieces was a sheer joy. Tomato was the only main irritant!!! Nothing to complain though.. It's just a personal choice to have it.
Feedback: Overall it was an excellent Biryani . Its a must try Mutton Biryani in Chennai. A bill of Rs 1330 for 4 people for that awesome Biryani is an absolute winner!!!
